1. Respect for Intellectual Property
TV2 Namibia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We are committed to responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on TV2 Namibia infringes upon your copyright, please provide the following information in your notice:
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the service, with enough detail for us to find it.
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
Please submit your copyright notice through TV2 Namibia's official channels.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a copyright complaint, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following:
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your full name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Namibia.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
TV2 Namibia maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. If a user's account is associated with multiple valid copyright infringement notices, TV2 Namibia may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate that account.
